Requirements:
- Update headers on replication requests to hub to include last execution data
- Execution ID
- Date
- Status
- Update Edge Dashboard to show last execution information from spoke
- Show green if last execution is completed
- In progess if last execution is executing
- Error if last execution is error
- Should link to execution
- If spoke has not communicated in the last X minutes, show an error box that says "Disconnected"
