Description:
Discovered in internal testing
* Vulnerabilities reset to default on selecting "edit"
* Unknown License Blocked, but the "Unknown License" warning takes priority over the "Blocked" warning. (Intended?)
* When adding licenses to filters (e.g. non-compliant) First time no changes are registered. Second attempt changes registered. Repeatedly takes two attempts to register changes.
* Previous bugs mentioned in the above license flow (involving GPL licenses) still present
