FIX: PyPi Simple Index may return incorrect hrefs [regression from 2022.20]

Description:
This is easy to reproduce;
1. Create a new pypi feed (`snake`) with a connector to pypi.org
2. Navigate to the simple index `/pypi/snake/simple/robotframework-applicationlibrary`
3. The links are broken
If you rollback to v2022.18 he works fine.
The issue is the addition of extra path parts.
