FIX: Cannot browse/delete assets folders containing a file with an identical name

Description:
1. Create asset directory (`cyassets`)
2. Create a Subfolder called `uninclused`
3. Navigate to that Subfolder in ProGet
4. Create a file on disk called `uninclused` with any contents
5. Upload the `uninclused` file to the `uninclused` subfolder
The Sub Folder cannot be browsed or deleted anymore. It's uninclused.
