FIX: Unknown package feeds in projects and releases result in 'An error occurred while retrieving rows.' error when packages are viewed

Description:
When using Reporting & SCA the packages of a project release can
not be viewed whenever a package is contained in the SBOM file
that has an unknown package type, such as alpine packages.
Whenever these releases are uploaded when trying to view the
packages, it will result in an An error occurred while retrieving rows.
error.
The unknown packages should still be displayed, but only ignored
during the analysation process.
Otherwise you might end up with dependencies in your project
that are being tracked using the SBOMs but not being displayed
in their respective projects resulting in them being missed during
manual audits as non administrative users can not view the uploaded
SBOM entries.
