Description:
Following the "canon" set by TinyTFS, we should un-embed vswhere.exe (which should fix VSTest) then update [OperationExtensions.cs](https://github.com/Inedo/inedox-dotnet/blob/0bff4c43012695810d9056a215f1fda0be91dd07/DotNet/InedoExtension/Operations/OperationExtensions.cs#L28C9-L28C139) to exec from disk
